Our Story
Blake-Tull Custom Homes is rooted in a family tradition of luxury custom homebuilding in East Texas. Brianne grew up around the industry through her parents, whose reputation was built on exceptional craftsmanship, beautiful luxury homes and strong relationships.
Jon brings six years of hands-on experience building luxury custom homes, managing projects from the ground up and seeing firsthand what it takes to bring a custom home from plans to completion. Brianne has worked alongside clients throughout the building process, helping with selections and finishes while also developing and customizing the software and systems used to manage each project.
Together, we've spent years fine-tuning not only how a home is built, but how the entire experience is managed. We've implemented processes that provide greater schedule transparency, simplify selections and approvals, and give our clients better visibility into the actual costs of their home throughout construction.
When Brianne's parents retired, starting Blake-Tull Custom Homes was a natural next step for us. It gave us the opportunity to carry forward a family tradition while building something distinctly our own—combining the craftsmanship and experience behind us with the processes and client experience we've worked together to create.
Because we don't believe homeowners should have to choose between an exceptional home and an exceptional building experience.
They deserve both.

We believe luxury is about more than beautiful architecture and high-end finishes.
It's walking through your front door years from now and still loving your home. It's knowing everything—from the foundation to the final trim—was built with care and attention to detail.
But luxury should describe the building experience, too.
It means understanding your budget before construction begins. Knowing where your money is going. Having honest conversations instead of unexpected surprises. And being able to watch your home come to life while feeling informed, involved, and excited along the way.

We intentionally limit the number of homes we build because we believe every client and every home deserves our attention.
We believe in doing things the right way, even when it's not the easiest way. We believe in honest conversations, attention to detail, and treating our clients' homes and investments with the same care we would expect for our own.
At the end of the build, of course we want you to love your home. But we also want you to know you were heard, feel like you were cared for, and look back on the experience as something you actually enjoyed.
