Jon Tull | Co-Founder & Operations Manager
Jon brings more than six years of hands-on experience building luxury custom homes throughout East Texas. From breaking ground to handing over the keys, he is involved in the details that bring each home together—coordinating trades, solving problems in the field, maintaining quality, and keeping projects moving forward.
Jon believes exceptional homes come from doing things the right way, paying attention to the details, and building strong relationships with the craftsmen and clients behind every project. His practical construction experience, combined with a constant drive to improve the building process, is a big part of what shapes the Blake-Tull approach.
Brianne Tull | Co-Founder & Client Experience
Brianne brings together the creative and organizational sides of custom homebuilding. She works closely with clients as they navigate selections and finishes while also developing the systems and technology that keep each project organized, transparent, and easier to understand.
With a focus on the details clients experience throughout the build—from selections and approvals to schedule visibility and job costing—Brianne is continually looking for ways to make the process more seamless, personal, and enjoyable. Her goal is simple: make sure clients feel informed, heard, and cared for from the first conversation through the day they receive their keys.
